LIBRA ENTERPRISES is a Real Estate Company based in Calangute , Goa forming part of the Libra Group a wholly owned Goan family run business that has interest in the Real Estate and Travel Business. The others being Libra Holidays and Libra Worldwide Travel & Tours. Founded by Mr.Jerome Francis Sequeira and his two sons Steven and Nester Sequeira in 1993. It is now managed by Nester Sequeira and his wife Maryrose Sequeira.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Libra Enterprises moved into property development in 2004 with it’s maiden venture Rosemary Apartments in Orda , Candolim. It has since been completed and being lived in. Our second development, Rosemary Apartments Phase-2 was our 2nd development followed by Libra Harmony in Duler,Mapusa. We teamed up with our long time friends and business partners K. V. Nadkarni & Associates to form Nadkarni Libra Developers. Vista de Campo in Nachinola Moira, near Mapusa, North Goa was the 1st product of this partnership. A development consisting of villa’s and apartments on an acre plus of of land overlooking the paddy fields of Moira. Currently we have a development, Ferreira Manor in progress at Duler, Mapusa, with a couple of residential and commercial options in the pipeline.
